Service Description

Benefits of Yin Yoga - Targets the connective tissue through slow deep stretches alleviating aches and pains. - Uses deep breathing techniques to stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system promoting a calm state of mind. - Uses meditation and mindfulness to still the chattering mind allowing us to decrease stress and anxiety, and break free of negative thought patterns. Yin is great class for those who: - are looking are looking for ways to reduce stress and anxiety - want to become more focused and productive in their day-to-day life - exercise or practise yoga regularly, yet still have aches and pains - have a regular yoga practise and would like to dive deeper into the meditative side - are always busy and want to learn how to slow down - want one whole hour to themselves dedicated to self-care.
