You know this is possible. You know that this transformation starts from within, but just need a little guidance to help to discover yourself again. This 6-week one-to-one transformational program is designed for busy women like you. You will learn how to create a life that is full of abundance.

A life that creates space for love, gratitude and dreaming. A life that allows you to be your authentic self and shine as the beautiful bright star that you are.
In this 6-week 1:1 transformational program, you will learn about the power of yoga in creating a life that you desire and be provided with tools to commence and maintain a daily meditation practice.

We will dive into how you can use this practice to:

understand your WHY, your values, and reconnect with your authentic self

slow down and become more present in everyday life

become aware of patterns that do not serve you and to create new habits
-
build trust in yourself and the universe to surrender and let go of outcomes you cannot control
-
use visualisation techniques to create your version of success and abundance
As part of the program, you will receive the following each week:

1 x 45-minute Zoom call

1 x guided meditation based on the topic of the week

Small journaling tasks
-
Additional support via Voxer messaging system
Bonus - pre-recorded 30 -45 minute yoga classes
Time commitment: During the 6 weeks, in addition to the 45 minute Zoom call, you will need to set aside 20-30 minutes for journaling tasks per week. Your daily meditation practice is recommended to be at least 5-10 minutes per day. You have the option to spend more time on the meditations, journaling tasks and completing the yoga classes if you wish.
