Popular Group Packages
We'll cater your 60 or 90 minute session to your event - from high energy hens parties to relaxing corporate events. Some of our popular sessions include:
Aerial Play: A high vibe fun class with upbeat music. Ideal for birthday or hens parties.
Aerial Flow: A fun aerial yoga class with a beautiful savasana (resting pose) cocooned in the hammock at the end.
Aerial Yin Yoga & Meditation: Using a low silk, start to relax and unwind with pranayama (breathwork), Yin Yoga Poses (deep stretching) and guided or sound meditation.
Wellness package: A combination of wellness tips, including breathing & meditation techniques to calm the busy mind and improve focus, along with a yoga class (Aerial, Yin or Vinyasa). Ideal for corporate events. Minimum of 90 minutes.
